Real estate brokerage services for purchase, sale, rental, and property management: Purpose: performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, including assistance with purchase/sale transactions, rental coordination, and property management services (e.g., settlements, maintenance). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Mortgage brokerage: Purpose: coordination of the mortgage loan process, including preliminary calculations, creditworthiness analysis, preparation and submission of applications to banks or credit intermediaries. • Brokerage services (including purchase/sale, rental, management, mortgage brokerage, insurance brokerage): duration of the cooperation + 6 years.
• General contact: up to 6 months after the end of correspondence.
• Marketing/Affiliate: until withdrawal of consent to cookies.
